The responsibility and the authority to discipline are both God-given. Love and respect should be at the heart of every believer, but when unrestrained behavior occurs in the school, it is the school's responsibility to discipline as well as the parents. A code of conduct must be signed by every student, and if they violate the standards, the consequences will occur here on campus as well. This could be a verbal warning, a detention hall, or something as serious as a suspension. We believe in corporal punishment because it is biblical, but administered by the parents, not the teachers or the principal.
