The Superintendent Search Committee is pleased to announce that beginning July 1, 2008, Mr. Jeremy Cowin will be the new Superintendent of Village Christian Academy. Mr. Cowin has been the Middle School Principal at Wake Christian Academy in Raleigh for the last five years. Prior to becoming principal, he was a classroom teacher in the second, third, and fifth grades. He is a graduate of Hannibal LaGrange College with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a GPA of 3.684. He has a Master of Arts in Christian School Administration from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a GPA of 3.75. He is presently pursuing a doctorate in Christian education at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has completed approximately thirty hours. He is married and has three girls. We welcome Mr. Cowin and ask that he be lifted up in prayer as he joins us and begins this vital work for the Lord.
